Sun Dale Recreation Ltd., the development team behind the new Sun Dale resort community on Last Mountain Lake, is made up of 5 Saskatchewan based individuals, including a land developer, a lawyer, an engineer, a business specialist, and a descendent of the orginal homestead family. All are local residents.
Work on the project began in 2007, with the purchase of the property from John A. Dale. The development team's commitment to Sun Dale, area residents and former owner John A. Dale is that we will develop a desirable resort community which preserves the natural beauty and strategic location of the property, and maintains the environmental integrity of the land to the greatest extent possible.
Our development plan incorporates concepts from Avi Freidman (Sustainable Residential Development), the Canada Green Building Council, and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. We have adopted LEEDs principles in our development design.
Sun Dale Recreation Ltd.'s development team will play an important role in the overall development of the Sun Dale community into the future.
