Sun Dale is an open development, which welcomes all builders. 

If you have a builder you would like to work with, we'd love to have them join us. 

For those without a builder, we can provide access to a number of home builders,  ensuring you can design and build your dream resort home at Sun Dale, quickly and easily.  Our development offers Energy Star certified homes, enabling you to create a resort-standard home that is also energy efficient.

Construction of Sun Dale homes is already underway. Homes are currently available for purchase. For more information on homes under construction and please contact builders directly.  For information on building a Sun Dale home, contact either one of the builders below, or contact the builder of your choice and ask them about a home at Sun Dale!
