Fractional Ownership Calendar As there are four fractional shares in your fractional home at Sun Dale, the calendar providing for fractional usage is divided into four rotations. Each rotation has a minimum of two weeks in July and August. The usage blocks vary from one to three weeks depending on the rotation you are in. Each rotation is entitled to twelve weeks per year, and rotation two and four generally have a few extra days to ensure rotation two has access to the home for Christmas and rotation four has access to the home for New Years, with a mid week changeover. The remaining days are set aside for maintenance to ensure this carefree living home is kept in pristine shape. See the calendar for more details. In the attached calendar, rotation one is shown in blue, rotation two is shown in green, rotation three is shown in red and rotation four is shown in yellow. Rotation one always has a three week block at the start of summer with July first in the first week. Rotation two has the last two weeks in July, the first two full weeks of September and Christmas (rotation two is normally just over twelve weeks). Rotation three has the first two weeks of August, the last two full weeks of June and usually family day in February.
