Our Properties

Sun Dale is a 200 acre property located on the shores of beautiful Last Mountain Lake.

The development offers a resort standard beach, resort homes, condominiums, veiw lots and newly released lake front lots. Click lot image or icon for more details.

The site is being developed in phases. In the first phase, 36 lots including 18 condominium units were released.

Because phase·I lake-front lots sold so quickly, another 13 lake-front lots were opened up. In late 2010, because of the number of lots sold, and the increasing customer demand, another 22 phase II lots were released.

Each enjoys the whole property during their scheduled time.  You may know the others, but you don't need to - we set up the fractional ownership agreement for you.  You pay just a ¼ of the price and get 12 luxurious weeks per year, of relaxation at the Sun Dale resort and lake property.
